With both private student accommodation and shared student apartments available at our site on Morfa Road, there's a room for every personality at true Swansea. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with a rainfall shower, comfy double bed, Smart TV and super-fast WiFi, so you’ll have everything you need to feel at home.
When you stay with us, you’ll get access to all of the true student perks. This includes a state-of-the-art gym with free fitness classes, cinema, BBQ facilities, study zones, social spaces and events. You’ll also be able to use our on-site laundry facilities, unlimited printing, and a free semester clean on request.
Our friendly, welcoming, reception team is always available for mental health and wellbeing support, no matter the time of day. They’re joined by our security team, who monitor our CCTV, and you’ll need a keycard or a fob to get around the building. Need to travel? We’ve got secure on-site bike storage, as well as limited pre-booked parking spaces for £25 a week.

Visiting home or having a day out? As well as having many scenic roads to tour by car, Swansea is connected to the rest of Wales - including Cardiff Airport - and beyond via the M4. Locations like London can also be reached directly from Swansea Train Station. For local travel, Swansea has a selection of bus and cycle routes to venture on.

We have limited car parking onsite, bookable on a first come, first served basis at £25.00 per week. Parking is strictly for those who have reserved and booked a space with us. Please avoid using car parking bays at any time during your stay. If you wish to book a car parking space (subject to availability), please contact our sales team.
We accept all full time students over the age of 18.
Yes! We have accessible studios and apartments with wet-room bathrooms. Just select one when booking or contact us for help.
