We moved in around 2 months ago and love living at true. The team are so friendly and helpful, especially Beth, and the events are so fun and inclusive. Would definitely recommend true to any students looking for accommodation!!

I have absolutely loved living here!! The place and especially the staff have made it such an incredible experience especially with first year of uni not off to a great start and true is the one and how the staff are there for you 24/7 with Demi sorting socials and bringing the life to the party to Debbie being so a cheerful lifting everyone’s spirits to Jay powering us through the gym sessions to the night staff and the rest of the staff being just amazing

The staff are all really friendly and willing to help. Whenever I have emailed I have received prompt responses and the necessary assistance, including a time where I mentioned my wifi wasn’t working, the next day, a wifi technician was in my room sorting it out.

Love living at true student. Lots of activities on all the time, gym classes, yoga classes. Demi and Kelsie are amazing and put lots of hard work into events, they’re really helpful and make my experience at true better. John, Jamil and Ian are amazing at keeping us all safe, giving advice and I can come to them with anything. The building is really nice and the facilities are amazing.

I've been in the UK since 2017, and came to live at True Salford this year (2023). Honestly, I'll shout out loud that no other place has been as wonderful as living here. What initially sold this place to me was the 24/7 security, on-site gym, lounges, activities for social butterflies, and quiet areas for the introverts. But as I actually started living here, I found this place meant so much more. With a hectic student-work life, I come back to a team at the reception welcoming me with the brightest smiles. They genuinely care for the residents, and they go out of their way to support us! Thank you lovely team, for making my days better with your care and smiles!

Living at true student has changed my University experience for the better. It’s a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment, and there’s always fun activities to attend. Their website describes all the benefits of living here, and every single one is true (pun intended).

My stay at true Salford has been undeniably the best, I love the events, the staff here as actually the best. The respect, love and security is top tier; I never thought I’d be able to bond and have interaction with staffs ever in my life. I love the fact you get a say in the events they plan out wether it’s inside the accommodation or outside the accommodation and you can plan an event, tell me what other accommodations (public/private) do any of that sort. So if you’re ever looking for a private accommodation. I believe you should apply and never let it go past your mind.

True Student has been my home for the last six months. I have experienced the best student life and all of this is thanks to how lovely the staff is and how they always make you feel at home. In this residence you do not only get a place to sleep, you gain a new family.

Tasha, Amber, Lauren and Corey are absolutely amazing! They are always helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that our needs are met. They are knowledgeable and always eager to answer our questions. They are also very responsive and make certain that our requests are met on time.

The rooms are lovely, the activities are great and the staff are all helpful, kind and friendly, especially Natasha she makes me a lot of cups of tea whilst I'm studying and is always up to listen if you need a chat!

I've been living in true student Opto for one year and a half now. It is a really great accommodation. The rooms are fantastic, the common areas are spacious and beautiful, the roof terrace has an amazing view of the Quayside and the team is amazing. Maintenance issues always get resolved quickly, the building is always tidy and the staff are always eager to help you. It is a great place, I highly recommend it.

The best place to live in Newcastle!
Great location in heart of Newcastle, amazing building with stylish design, plenty of communal areas to hang out with friends. Great gym and breathtaking view from the roof terrace.

I've had the best experience for the six months I've been at opto. Big thanks to Laura, Sam and Diane. I've had a warm welcome, excellent conversation and service. Loved the décor and how clean the building always was. Would definitely recommend.

I spent 12 months in true student Glasgow since Sep 2021. The environment is clean and quiet. Every staff is kind and polite. Furnitures and facilities are wonderful.
